Procedure:

Engage the target with 6 rounds from the ‘Standing’ position, then adopt the ‘Kneeling / Sitting’ position, reload 6 rounds, engage the target, adopt the ‘Prone’ position, reload 6 rounds and engage the target with the final 6 rounds.

Procedure:

The pistol in the ‘Loaded’ condition, is placed on the mat at the firing line. The competitor retires to a designated line behind the firing line, no more than 4 metres to the rear. On the command ‘Commence Fire’, the competitor moves to the firing line, adopts the ‘Kneeling’ position picks up the pistol and engages the target with 12 rounds.

Procedure:

This shoot requires a standing height barricade, which allows shooting from both edges of the barricade.

On the command ‘Commence Fire’, the competitor engages the target with 6 rounds from the right hand edge of the barricade. The safety is applied and then the competitor moves to the other edge of the barricade and engages the target from the left hand edge of the barricade with 6 rounds.

A further 6 rounds are fired from either edge of the barricade, as the competitor prefers. Any reloading is at the competitor’s discretion during the event.

50m:
6 rounds from the prone position on target 4. 
6 rounds from the sitting position on target 3.
6 rounds from the right hand side of the barricade on target 2.
6 rounds from the left hand side of the barricade on target 1.

25m:
6 rounds from the right hand side of the barricade on target 4.
6 rounds from the left hand side of the barricade on target 3.
6 rounds from the right hand side of the barricade on target 1 followed by 6 rounds from the left hand side of the barricade on target 2.

25m:
3 rounds from the strong hand clear of the barricade on target 1 followed by 3 rounds in the strong hand on target 2.
6 rounds fired in sets of 2, in the strong hand clear of the barricade on targets 2, 3 and 4.

10m:
6 rounds from the strong hand on target 4
3 rounds from the left hand, then 3 from the right hand on target 3.
6 rounds freestyle in sets of 3 on targets 1 and 2.

7m:
12 rounds freestyle from a crouched position, 6 rounds on target 1 and 6 rounds on target 2.
